All SydsPlanet pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for creation and processing unless noted otherwise. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information right away.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SydsPlanet does not currently offer international shipping.

RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Because each item is handmade and often custom-sized or custom-requested, returns and exchanges aren’t available.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to help.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchasing as long as I haven’t started making the item yet.

ORDER ISSUES

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can help fix the issue.
