DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! I love working on custom pieces. Whether it’s specific color, size, or design idea, feel free to submit a request through the Commission page or email me.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Because each piece is handmade and often custom-sized, returns and exchanges aren’t available.
If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Every SydsPlanet piece is made by hand. Please allow 1-4 weeks for creation and processing unless otherwise stated. Some pieces take longer depending on materials and design.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information immediately.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours if production hasn’t started yet.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE?
If you need a rush order, please email me before purchasing to see if I can accommodate it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED OR LOST?
Once a package is shipped, it is no longer in my control. If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS or UPS and file a claim. I’ll help however I can if necessary.
